The EcoGlow 20 brooder has been a phenomenal success and people don’t go back to heat lamps having tried out this new safer, cheaper to buy and more economical to run technology.

The heat pad style brooder stands in the brooding enclosure with the chicks and has three height settings, so it can be raised up as the chicks grow. It can be adjusted to cater for all sizes of chicks including geese.

It’s tough plastic outer makes it durable and easy to clean – always a bonus where chicks are involved!

Each brooder will brood up to 50 chicks and runs on only 50 watts of power – which is extraordinarily economical when you compare it to the minimum 150W emitters usually used in brooding lamps. It also runs on a low 12v circuit, through an transformer, for peace of mind.
