The short ‘well’ on this drinker reduces the surface of water available for fouling in the cage.

Clear plastic resevoir with white base.

The base has grooves moulded behind the fountain that the cage bars or aviary mesh clip into to hold the drinker in place, so no support bracket or hook is required. Simply slide the fountain through the bars (where there is a little flexibility) and then slide it down the bars towards where the bars are held in place and are therefore not so flexible. This system works well and we have used it for many years, despite initial scepticism.
